If you have to cancel a class, please do so within 12 hours before the class starts.

Class packages expire 6 months after purchase.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a Hatha yoga based class focusing on mind body connection through breath and movement.

Please bring your own mat. 

Pilates Plus

Pilates plus is a challenging Pilates matwork based class that uses props to strengthen and tone the body.

Please wear socks to this class.

Cardio Tone

A challenging blend of cardio based intervals and Pilates based matwork using light weights, bands and balls.

Please wear socks to this class.

Phitphysique with Nicole Gregory

Phit physique is a challenging cardio based class that uses fitness balls, weights, bands and gliders for a total body workout. Best for individuals with fitness experience. Online sign up required.
